Consultation Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy :

1. Appointment fees are refundable only in case where the appointment/ schedule is canceled by our Wellness Dietitian, Wellness Advisor or any authorized person from the company.
2. In case where any person from Wellpro has canceled the appointment the money may be refunded or adjusted for coming Six months from the date of payment if requested by the person who has made the payment.
3. Payment will be refunded to the same account from the amount credited.
4. Any refund to any other account is only possible on the court’s order by the Indian Government which clearly mentions the reason for transfer and beneficiary name with account details duly have execution done.
5. Fees can also be adjusted in blood relationships giving prior notice to the consulting person.
6. Post any consultation the amount will be considered as paid for the services provided.
7. After six months the money is forfeited in any given condition.
8. Any fees paid for the consultation purpose is not adjustable with our any other product or services.
9. Two people of the same family have to pay differently for each consultation.
   

Product Refund/ Exchange/ Cancellation Policy :

1. Any product which is sold only from our authorized wellpro.one website can be returned in 15 days from the day of delivery only in sealed condition.
2. After the delivery to the customer he/ she has to make the return/ exchange/ refund/ cancellation request within 72 hours of receiving the product.
3. Customer has to send the product back to us at their own cost to our address, mentioned below.
4. Once opened the product is considered as used and is non returnable/refundable or exchangeable.
5. If any multiple product which is purchased on a kit basis will not be entertained if any of the product in the kit is opened.
6. Once any amount is paid to Urzano for the product can only be adjusted in product whatsoever reason may be.
7. For the returned product the amount will be credited back to the beneficiary account within 72 working hours once the product is received at our end.
8. Any damaged product due to mishandling by the customer will not be entertained.
9. While placing Refundable/ Exchangeable/ Cancellation, the picture has to be uploaded at our provided number for damage if any.

Authorized and Non-liability Payment Clause :

1. Payments will be entertained only if any amount is credited to the M/S. Urzano Pvt. Ltd.
2. Other than the mentioned name any payment given to any person connected or non-connected,and directly/ indirectly to the company will not be entertained.
3. The company will not be liable for any such default from any person even if he/she is part of the company if the payment is made on any personal name.
4. No payment would be entertained on any personal name by the company’s whatsoever may be the reason if payment is not made under the company’s name.
5. The company is only liable to the payment received or credited at our end on the company’s operational name provided in the website.
6. Due to any reason if any service provider holds the amount or delays the transaction in reflecting the amount, the company is not answerable to anyone for this reason.
7.  Any payment received from any person or company will only be refunded or entertained with a proper reason in writing.
8. Our payment gateway is very secured and the data is never compromised from any theft.
9. Any lawsuit is admissible only in Delhi, court of law.
10. Any individual/ management cannot be held liable for any payment default if any payment is not made under his personal name or account.
